Alterations as of 18. 07. 2014:
Our definition of a Home Visit is exactly as it sounds...we come to them, in their own environment and give your pets the care and attention they need, as you usually would. We follow your guidelines to maintain their health and happiness and spend as much time with them as you require. There aren't many pets that don't qualify for our Home Visits a majority of our clients are Dogs and Cats, but to name a few others, we have looked after Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Rats, Hamsters, Ducks, Chickens, Parrots, Koi Carp, Gold Fish, Tropical Fish, Tortoises and Geckos. So whatever pet you own and consider as your family we are very enthusiatic and more than willing to help. We have chosen to deliver this service because, from experience, we realise the restraints of having pets, big or small, and how hard it is to be there for them all of the time.
For Cats and Dogs our visits are another option to Kennels and Catteries - a worry free alternative to the upheaval of them being taken away from their surroundings - visits start from half an hour and can be for however long you wish us to be in their company. As for smaller pets (as mentioned above) we can drop in to give them the essential care and attention they need until you return. We can visit your pets daily at any time to suit their needs and we are available seven days a week. So whether you are going to be away from home for brief or extended periods of time we can help for however long you need us to. You no longer have worry about rely on friends, family or neighbours being there for your pets when you're planning on a weekend break, a holiday or simply need someone to drop in on them whilst you are at work you've got us.
Whatever your pets and their requirements are please don't hesitate to get in touch because pets are our passion.
We look forward to meeting you and yours,
whatever they may be.
About our Doggy Day Care:
As with all of the services we offer you can expect the very best for your four legged companion when they share our home with us. They have the run of the house and our enclosed garden in Redruth. We want them to settle in and feel at ease as soon as they set foot in the door until the time when they leave. During their stay we want them to feel like they are part of the family and treat them as if they were ours.
We promise to keep them stimulated throughout the day by giving them walks, playing with them, keeping them company, talking to them (we do that alot), making sure they always have fresh water and feeding them as and when they would normally be given their meals and treats. Any medication that they need can be given to them whenever they require it. When you bring your dog to us we guarantee they'll have lots of fun, be very loved and we'll give them everything they need whilst they stay with us. We like to keep you, our clients, in the picture of how your dog is doing whilst you are apart and are more than happy to let you know how they are getting on using SMS, Whatsapp or Facebook.
Your dog can be walked alone or can be taken along with us to meet new friends, the choice is yours but it is dependant on your dog's temprement. There are numerous walks close by including Wheal Peevor, Tehidy Woods, Carn Brea and Great Flat Lode where they can explore and be let off the lead but if you prefer they can be kept on one.
About our Doggy Over Night Stay:
Are you going on holiday or perhaps spending time away from home working? Rather than sending your dog to kennels why not give them a holiday of their own within our family home? Dogs love it at ours and once they've stayed with us they'll enjoy coming back time and time again.
